Delivery Policy 

Delivery Process and lead time

  1. Delivery will take up to 7-10 business days from date of purchase.
  2. Orders placed on Friday after 3PM and over the weekend will be processed on Monday and will be delivered out on Tuesday by our dedicated courier service, excluding public holidays.

Return Policy 

  1. We gladly accept exchangeable, returnable or refundable unless due to manufacturing or shipping defect.
  2. Should you encounter item(s) with manufacturing or shipping defects, kindly contact us at javieraesthetic.gmail.com within 24 hours from the date receipt.
  3. Any notification done after 24 hours from the date receipt will not be entertained. Upon receipt of your email, we will respond to your request within 3 working days.
  4. Upon approval; return your item(s) for a replacement at any GD Express Sdn. Bhd. branches. A replacement product (subject to availability) or product of the similar value will be shipped within a minimum of 7 working days upon receiving your defective item(s).
