The shipping cost (included GST) would be as follows:

• West Malaysia: RM10.00
• East Malaysia: RM20.00
• FREE Delivery above RM 300 purchase

Important Points on Shipping

GD-Ex will hold the goods at their branch office if they cannot successfully deliver your parcel, please ensure you have provided a valid shipping address. It will be the responsibility of the buyer if there is any additional charges incurred for re-delivery.

Delivery Process and lead time

• Delivery will take up to 7-10 business days from date of purchase.
• Orders placed on Friday and over the weekend will be processed on Monday and will be delivered out on Tuesday by our dedicated courier service, excluding public holidays.
• Delivery is not available for addresses with P.O. Boxes.

Multiple address delivery

We are currently only able to deliver to one delivery address per order. If you’d like to deliver to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each unique address.
